Hair by Goar is located in the RC salon on Van Nuys Boulevard. It is a full-service hair salon. Goar specializes in hair coloring and can also cut, shape and blow out your hair. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are definitely encouraged at this busy shop. Ample street parking is available as well as a lot behind the building.
