Established in 1987, Haines Gallery is an art gallery specializing in contemporary art. Based in San Francisco, Calif., it offers exhibition space along with a warehouse project space dedicated to large scale installations, along with video works facility. The gallery also focuses on public art projects and curatorial support for acclaimed artists. It has exhibited numerous artists, some of whom include, Binh Danh, Kota Ezawa, Nigel Poor, Allison Smith and James Turrel. Haines Gallery also features group shows from LandMark, Color and Construct as well as Material Terrain. It is also associated with non-profit artist-in-residency and education program, the FOR-SITE Foundation.
