Donna, will guide you through heart pumping Tabata sessions, strength training sessions with body weights and iron, flexibility sessions and more. To begin your fitness journey, all sessions start with a 1-1 Success session where your fitness goals and challenges are discussed which prepares you for success. Once your goals are established you'll go through various assessments to determine your current strength level, weight, goal weight and macro intake.
