History
I was born and raise in Nice, France and Gelato is a childhood memory of my sister Stephanie and mine. We would drive to Italy at least once a month with our grand-father Mario, our dad Guido and mom Jacqueline, hunting for that special treat. I have been missing it here, so I went to Bologna, Italy to a culinary school specialized in Gelato, also trained with a french pastry Chef in Nice, France and fell in love with the art of making it. I then practiced at home for years before pulling the plugs and deciding to open my own Gelateria.

My focus is plain and simply quality, quality and quality. My product is my pride, everything is homemade, every batch is made from scratch and you would be surprised to know how scare that is. I only use real and fresh produces and you will taste it without a doubt. The quality of my service is as important, I genuinely enjoy welcoming everyone to my shop and will not let anybody leave unhappy from Gulino Gelato.
