I was 1 mile away when this happened. Thousands of gallons of PCB laden cooling oil flowed unmitigated into Guadalupe Creek.We didn't care.

This is a nice trail and I had a really wonderful bike ride here. It was drizzling a little bit but I still enjoyed it a lot especially since there were very few people on the trail.
