History
We started our business in 2016. We are opening doors soon and our business focusses on a Ground Up philosophy. We don't want to be huge like big coffee chains because that dilutes your product. We would much rather have a quality product that we can maintain and control. We also did not want capital investment so we are starting with what we got and its not perfect but its us.
Specialties
We focus on specialty coffee or artisan coffee. We want to promote healthier coffee with less sugars and preservatives and focus more on the natural flavor notes that coffee already has. We do cold brew, nitro brew, pour overs, espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos especially well. We like the idea of fresh coffee rather than coffee that sits around in a pot all day. We also believe in the whole process off coffee. Properly grown and cultivated, properly imported at fair trade, properly roasted, and then finally, our job, properly prepared to highlight all the afore mentioned concepts. We love coffee but we love when its done right.
