I started grateful CAD in 2005 to provide freelance drafting services for architects & structural engineers. Now we also offer architectural design services for residential projects.

grateful CAD is an architectural design and drafting service firm. We provide architectural design and permit drawings for residential addition and remodel projects as well as for new construction. San Francisco, East Bay, Marin, Peninsula. We do not do commercial projects such as offices, stores, restaurants, etc. We do not do as-built or existing conditions drawings unless they are part of a design project.
