With over 20 years experience in the fitness industry working with individuals of all sizes and shapes and a Master's in Performance Enhancement from the CA University of Pennsylvania, the owner decided to open a studio that would be smaller allowing the trainers to focus on the individual and those who want to have the ultimate personal training experience. Body Architecture provides group and private training in fitness & reconditioning, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA (cage fighting), & Boxing/Kickboxing for all levels ages 4 through adult. The BJJ is instructed by world champion and world revered black belt - Samir Chantre. All programs are individualized. It is not a crowded big box gym. Our training is focused on you, not celebrities in the fighting world. But we will help you become a professional fighter or just train like one.
