A REAL review from a patient. He even received 2 thumbs up. How many thumbs up did the staff get for posting their fake reviews?

Why is the Administrator reviewing the Facility? Then the "owner" pretending they don't know their own employee? Shady!!!!

Is current staff reviews considered legitimate reviews? Wouldn't it be considered a conflict of interest.
