Opened in 1983. We have watched our child customers grow up to become adult customers who bring their children to eat here. We've had birthdays, graduations, anniversary's, funeral receptions and catered weddings. Customers have laughed and cried here and have come here all through their lives. Golden China is a part of our customer's lives. Our employee's have been able to live comfortable lives, put their kids through college to pursue successful careers, and some have even opened their own successful restaurants. We are a small family business that has and will be passed on from generation to generation. We have been perfecting, practicing, and innovating our cooking and customer service for 30+ years and we will continue to be here 30+ years later.
Specialties
Our Golden China Pot Stickers are filled with our own specialized pork and cabbage recipe. Every Pot Sticker is made with our classic pot sticker machine and hand sealed. We get our quality Pot Sticker wraps from San Francisco China Town. Finally we use vegetable oil to pan-fry each one to perfect golden brown on our non-stick Ceramic Calphalon frying pan with no PTFE/PFOA. We make all our own special sauces: brown (broccoli beef), white (chicken with vegetables), sweet and sour, teriyaki, ginger garlic, orange, and lemon sauce. Ginger garlic chicken is dipped in batter, then deep fried until crispy. Add a touch of peas, carrots, onions and mix in our special ginger garlic sauce and it's ready to serve. Put pork, cabbage, and bamboo shoots, in a flour wrap with sweet plum sauce and you have Moo Shu Pork, our version of a Chinese fajita.
