Global Cuisine by Gary Arabia is located in "The Lot" of West Hollywood. Chef Arabia is the proprietor and executive chef of the free-standing restaurant Global Cuisine. He also is the official caterer for many events held on the grounds of The Lot.

One of its newest additions to party planning is the 33,000 square foot venue called "the rooftop" that provides a 360-degree view of the Hollywood Hills and Los Angeles. Right below "the rooftop" you will find 600 parking spaces.
