History
The brainchild of owner Deena Davenport, Glama-Rama opened in its original location on South Van Ness in 1996. What started as a three chair salon, grew to house ten stylists over the years. As of May 1, Glama-Rama moved to its new digs at 304 Valencia and expanding to fifteen stylists. May also saw Ms. Davenport take home the Guardian's Women in Business award, establishing her as a force to be reckoned with in the SF salon scene.
