George Elkins Mortgage Banking Company, established by George Elkins in 1922, is one of Southern California's oldest mortgage banking companies. Focused exclusively on arranging financing for commercial real estate properties, the company originates in excess of $725 million of loans annually and provides loan servicing functions for its correspondent lenders for a loan portfolio valued at nearly $1 billion.
