Originally started as an agent in 1976, we opened our first firm in June 1980, which grew into two highly successful award winning franchised offices before deciding to change our emphasis. In 2009, in the depth of the distressed market, we recognized that we could use our extensive history/success to offer help to those in need, and reorganized our business model. Genesis was born.

In addition, we have served over 37 years in general real estate sales with traditional buyers and sellers, working with and educating investors as well as providing property management.
