Therapy is a safe place to explore difficult feelings. We often seek improvements in our lives but don't know where or how to begin to make progress. I provide therapy to individuals and couples struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety, anger, hopelessness, frustration, apathy, grief and isolation. Daily stressors and big life changes often bring my clients to therapy, as do relational issues such as high conflict, lack of intimacy and poor communication. I work collaboratively with my clients from a place of genuine respect and compassion. I support and guide without judgement.
