Specialties

I'm the only lawyer in San Diego that has earned the Lawyer-Scientist Designation, as recognized by the Chemistry and the Law Section of the American Chemical Society. In addition to my blood and breath machine training, I am qualified to train police officers on DUI field sobriety tests and investigation. I also do expungements as they relate to DUIs. I'm also author in DUI law and science in Thomas Reuter publications.
