History
I was a gymnast for 10+ years and a dancer, but down the line, I had to eventually leave all of that for the corporate life. I wasn't until recently that I've reconnected myself with my body, when in one of those disruptive moments, that I quitted my job, gave my apartment back, packed my bags and went to Asia. Bali was my first stop where I finally started practicing yoga. After that, I went to India, specifically Rishikesh and took my first 200-hour certification. I have taught in NYC and San Diego since then, being able to explore practices like Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Restorative, Meditation, and Mantra chanting. As a yoga instructor, I want to able able to share the practice with as many people as possible, sharing my purpose and what heals me - YOGA.
Specialties
My main goal is to empower you and facilitate the conversation that you will either establish or improve, with your body, through the practice. That awareness combined with proper breath and correct alignment is what makes yoga a complete practice. Yin, Hatha, Restorative, Meditation, and Sound Healing are the practices offered.
