Here, everything is made on site by hand every day, nothing is industrial . Let's introduce ourselves: we are two Frenchmen who fell in love with California and want to bring you an authentic taste of France. We are Guillaume, a graduate in French Artisanal Pastry and Bread making and Thomas a talented and passionate chef. We offer traditional French breads and pastries, hand-made with fresh, mainly organic ingredients. We also reinvent some American recipes and create fusion surprises.
