Established in 1864, Franklin Elementary School serves students in kindergarten through grade eight. The school s basic curriculum includes instruction in language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, art, music and physical education. Franklin Elementary School also offers a variety of programs, including book fairs and intervention sessions. In addition, the school offers health and food services. Its library houses a variety of storybooks, quiz books, biographies, picture dictionaries, encyclopedias and puzzles.
