History
FPHiiT was born out of a need for intelligent and effective training that helped establish a solid foundation from which to build great physique inside and out--a body both healthy and fit, not just fit. FPHiiT is a training approach that is a culmination of medical training, U.S. Army Special Forces training secrets, and 20 years of study on human movement and nutrition. Bill McDonald, the creator of FPHiiT has been an elite tactical athlete himself and has had to navigate a multitude of injuries while maintaining peak conditioning so he clearly understands how to navigate those challenges.
