Our mission is to provide functional fitness training and promote a healthy active lifestyle to the San Jose area. This is done through a fitness program based on mobility/flexibility, strength and conditioning based on largely body-weight gymnastics movements at a crossfit pace paired with a good nutritional program. This philosophy gives our clients a foundation of great core strength to translate to improved performance in everything from sports to day to day activities while helping reach cosmetic goals such as weight loss. Whether your goal is to lose 50 lbs or scale the front side of half dome we've got you covered. We offer packages of one on one training on location at Apple, Palo Alto Networks or at Bodywork in south San Jose.
