San Mateo Rotary Floritas is an apartment complex for low income seniors. It was developed in 2005 by a partnership between the Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition, the San Mateo Rotary Club and Rotary Haciendas, Inc. which is a separate senior living facility near this one. It consists of 40 one bedroom and 10 two bedroom units on three floors. Features include patios, balconies, shared courtyard and ample parking. There are also community rooms with access to exercise equipment, books, computers, cards, crafts and other activities. The property is conveniently located near El Camino- allowing residents easy access to grocery stores, shops and bus lines.
