Grassroots Culinary Group launched Flights & Irons Urban Kitchen in 2018 with the mission of providing an elevated dining experience in an approachable local setting. A major focus of our venue is on craft beer and wine. We offer a variety of tasting flights for wine, craft beer that pair tremendously well with all our offerings. With our wood fired oven as the centerpiece of our kitchen, we define our menu as rustic American comfort food that is great for community dining. We've also introduced a new menu with wood-fired breakfast skillets, bottomless mimosas and our signature bloody mary made with our own family recipe!
