History
This is a private gym studio. I train one on one, buddy sessions and small groups of up to 5 people at a time. I also trained in Asia and worked for several gyms in the bay area prior to opening up this private studio. I work with all types of people from 5 year olds to 90 year olds. I train people with different goals: from losing weight, gaining muscle tone or just wanting to get a good workout and have some fun and variety to spice up their exercise routine. My philosophy is to encourage, educate, motivate and inspire people to transform their lives for the better, not only physically but also mentally. Because having a fit and healthy body transpires into a healthy and confident mind. I was able to transform my own body and mind and now I want to help others achieve this as well.
Specialties
I specialize in strength training, core & functional training, yoga/stretching, body sculpting, lifestyle & weight management (weight loss), nutrition and wellness. My clientele range from children to senior citizens. I work with a wide range of people including moms who want to get rid of the baby fat, athletes who want to improve their game (whether it be golf or hockey, etc.) and those that want to change up their program due to plateaus as well as clients who want variety, challenge & fun in their workouts. Some people come to me for a good stretching session while others come to gain strength, balance, flexibility and others just want to maintain their fitness levels or prevent diseases like osteoporosis, etc.
