From pregnancy, through postpartum and beyond. Stroller Strides is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Strides 360 is a workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you charge through mom life. Stroller Barre is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga. Body Back Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two workouts (HIIT) per week Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. The program also includes supplemental online workouts, accountability, and support. FIT4BABY is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy.
