Meals on Wheels of Sonoma is located inside Trinity Church on a beautiful, tree-lined street which ends at the Sebastiani Winery and Event Center. The volunteers prepare and deliver two meals a day, five days a week. The volunteers of this nonprofit accept donations from individuals, Sonoma Market's meat department, and Oakhill Organic Fruits and Vegetables. Meals on Wheels of Sonoma is also a community resource for seniors with special dietary requirements.
