I am excited to bring my years of private sector and public service experience to work for you, whether you are listing a home or buying your Dream Home! Growing up on a ranch raising cattle and growing corn was followed by years working in the family Real Estate and Property Management business. My skills in managing, business development, negotiating and financial accountability were further honed during a 25 year management career in the heavy equipment and construction industries, primarily with Caterpillar Dealerships. One of the highlights of my civic career was as elected Mayor of Burlington, Colorado. During my tenure I increased efficiency and accountability, including growing the reserves by 300%! This helped refine my skills of bringing a group to consensus, negotiating with differing government entities on both state and local levels, understanding the operations of city government and how to effectively work with them and the public, as all while meeting deadlines and budg
