Capitol Films participates in the production, post-production, library management, distribution and foreign sales of films. As part of a large international entertainment group, Capitol has an extensive network of independent distributor contacts in markets around the world, along with connections to major Hollywood studios. The majority of the more than 100 films Capitol has sold or distributed were also financed or co-financed by the company. Capitol's production slate includes Before the Devil Knows You're Dead, Black Water Transit, Blackout, The Boys Are Back In Town, Getting Out, Love Ranch and Mary Quieen of SCOTS. David Bergstein acquired Capitol in 2006 and later acquired independent distributor ThinkFilm to strengthen Capitol's distribution. Capitol also has offices in London.
