History
I have been in the fitness industry since 1993. Having spent time as a program director and group exercise instructor, personal training was the next step. I chose this career to inspire and help others into being fit, free and full of energy. My programs are unique as they include cleansing support, and tapping techniques that change your attitude towards food and body-image. This results in longer-term health and weight loss.
