Erica's Cafe is owned and operated by John and Son Colliard. Athough still newly owned and operated since 2007, it always has faithful customers. About 50 percent of its customers are senior citizens who are older than 55. With a mix of Japanese and Korean cuisine, the cafe serves up a variety of dishes, such as gourmet omelets; sesame chicken; steak and eggs; Belgian waffles; grilled, fried and hot sandwiches. Colliard proudly boasts about his wife's signature teriyaki, which keeps customers returning for more.
