I decided to leave my finance job in 2014 to pursue training and nutrition coaching, my true passion.

Training focused on building a framework for long term sustainability - change your body, lose the weight, and learn how to actually keep it off by building habits around flexible nutrition and enjoyable workouts. I offer both 1 on 1 and online coaching, and work with you to customize a program based on your goals, schedule, likes and dislikes, and any limitations you have when it comes to getting into the shape you want. Alongside training and nutrition, we focus on lifestyle management, as well as improving energy levels, sleep quality, performance during training, mood and motivation, GI health, and developing an overall better mental relationship with food. My main goal is to make the programming both results driven and enjoyable - meaning we are consistently making adjustments as needed to prevent any plateaus within your progress. You will never need to cut calories and carbs, or eliminate all of the foods you enjoy. Structure, accountability, and flexibility within your programming is the best recipe for success when it comes to not only getting results, but finally learning how to also maintain them indefinitely.
