Peter's career in real estate originally started in 1976 by successfully flipping and restoring two houses and two restaurants in London before ultimately deciding to satisfy a lifelong dream and move to Santa Monica in the winter of 1983. In 1987 after spending several years as a freelance professional tennis coach he received his real estate agent licence and went to work for Fred Sands Realtors becoming "Rookie of the Year", and throughout 1990-92 he was "Top Producer" with over thirty properties transacted each year. In 1999 he decided to start his own real estate business and office on Main St. in Santa Monica, which generated rising successes and a valued sense of community in the surrounding neighborhoods.
