Enthusiast was formed in November of 1999 to revolutionize the way Web sites were built and maintained. The company realized early on that for a Web site to be truly effective and successful, it not only needed the proper presentation of its brand, but accurate and fresh content. The argument here is that the best Web sites on the Internet, meaning the best trafficked and most useable, functional and successful sites, are based around a dynamic-content model. With that in mind, it created a browser-based Web publishing system called Site Director that can leverage the way each site is creatively designed and that is so easy to use that anyone with the smallest of computer skills can update or add content to the Web site.
