History
The Elrod Villa was originally designed in the 1970's for Sigmund E. Edelstone (wealthy industrialist, philanthropist and art collector) by Hal Broderick of Arthur Elrod and Associates. We relaunched it as a vacation rental property (when we're not enjoying living there ourselves!) in 2015.
