Elite started in 1986 under the name MLI Shutters in Manteca, CA. In 2012 the store in Livermore, CA. was opened. Both stores have enjoyed much success and have many happy customers and reviews. In April of 2016 Elite Shutters & Shadings opened in Elk Grove.
