Remember, these folks sell flooring and Kitchen cabinets. I am dealing with one issue from them, can you imagine if you have do all kitchen?

Don't put it past them to blame the handles.... Look, still catching on counter.

You would think they would know how to not let this happen? Let alone fix it asap? They simply do not care.

Don't them convince you that they didn't know about this issue I am dealing with. Promises made, never kept.
