Right outside our apartment, it's like this all over.

Trash comes once a week but get filled in about 4 days so everything just gets thrown on the floor

Here is the dog that runs loose and poops all over the community!! Owner doesn't pay attention

Plumbing problems. Old management left my wall open for a month.
