Electric body fitness has been around since Ashley (the owner) received her B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition. She prides herself in giving her clients the best care possible. She also attends continuing education classes often to stay current in her field. Her specializations include strength and endurance training, weight loss, postural and corrective work, and pre/postnatal training. She offers personal training, basic nutritional coaching, and program design. Her goal is to give EXCELLENT service. To create a program specifically designed for your body and it's needs. She wants you to be able to gain knowledge and leave feeling better after every session. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has earned other certifications including weight loss, prenatal exercise, TRX suspension trainer, Bodyshred, and rocktape.
Specialties
Electric body fitness offers one on one and buddy personal training. This is to ensure that you receive the attention you need and a program tailored specifically to you. Ashley makes sure to stay on top of her game, by always participating in continuing education and seminars. She works with people of all age, sizes, and backgrounds. She specifically enjoys working with weight loss clients and pre/postnatal women. However, her specializations also include strength and endurance, as well as postural and corrective work. All workouts are done in a private gym studio which is full of kettle bells, dumbbells, machines, battle ropes, benches and much more.
