History
As a Human Physiology student at the University of Oregon, I began to understand the importance of the scientific aspect of performance coaching and general fitness. This information, along with information, from the National Strength and Conditioning Association has helped me understand and debunk the myths that plagues the performance and fitness industry. As a personal testimonial, I implemented the things I have learned throughout my time at the University of Oregon and have seen some dramatic increases in my performance. A specific example of the gains made by implementing the science and physiology of the human body was when I improved my deadlift from 450 to 550 in a matter of one week!
