History
Our original location was off Railroad Avenue and Buchanan Road. After about 3 years we outgrew that building and moved in 1997 to our current location inside the Raley's Shopping Center off Loveridge and Buchanan. It has been a pleasure to grow and learn within our own community.
Specialties
We specialize in sharing the positive benefits of karate training with students of all ages. We generally have open enrollment for all beginners classes including kids, teens, and adults. No previous martial arts training experience required. In addition, we offer other programs that students can cross-train in order to pursue their self-development goals. The traditional martial art (TMA) taught here is Uechi-Ryu Karate. We also have a Fitness Program which includes various types of training, including fitness kickboxing, circuit training, Zumba, and RIPPED.
