Our workhorse model, the M700, is a direct replacement for the M500HPDTand our earlier digital thermometer the M216. If you use a computer and are looking for a thermometer that will give you immediate input into your software program, the M750 offers a RS232 serial port and cable. Through the RS232 Port you can connect an RFID tag reader, you can store temperatures in the field and down load them into a computer, you can use the RFID tag reader and link it to an animal id and temperature, and you can also manually store a tag number ( with a computer terminal ) and link it to a temperature.
