DreamWorks Animation SKG, located in Glendale, Calif., produces family entertainment through the use of computer-generated animation films. Established in 1994, by Steven Spielberg, Jeffrey Katzenberg and David Geffen, its goal is to release two animated feature films a year, that appeal to both children and adults. In 2004, it became the first animation company to produce and distribute two computer-generated animated features in a single year, including "Shrek 2," the third highest-grossing movie of all time. DreamWorks Animation SKG s management comprises an experienced team in the entertainment industry, overseeing a collection of artists and technical people, from a wide range of backgrounds in film and animation production, computer graphics and information technology.
