Drago Restaurant was opened by Sicilian-born Celestino Drago in 1991. As a master chef, Drago has created a menu of gourmet Italian cuisine, featuring tortelloni filled with pumpkin, risotto with squash, and veal ravioli. The main dishes include salmon and sole, along with veal chop, porterhouse steak, beef short ribs and roasted rabbit. The comprehensive wine list includes Italian and domestic reds and wines by the glass, half-bottle, bottle and large format bottle. Drago has a special events department that offers custom event planning for wedding receptions, corporate parties and other celebrations. Since opening his namesake restaurant, Drago has opened restaurants in Beverly Hills, Pasadena and West Hollywood, all to great acclaim.
