Ms Douglass worked for the Los Angles County Superior Court for a number of years. Ten our those years were in a Family Law Courtwoom. It was there, she hear divorce cases with parents, who have minor children at risk. She later established Douglass and Association Supervised Visitation Agency, to service families who have been ordered to have a Professional Child Visitation Monitor. Years later she began to training new Professional Monitors at various Community Colleges. Monitoring is a profession that allows a person to make extra money, and give back helping children in need.

Supervised Visitation Monitors who are committed to the Safety and Well Being of Children. In court ordered cases, the Agency's objective is to allow noncustodial parents to have an opportunity for positive supervised visits with their children in a safe environment. Visits are offsite. Some Professional Monitors have law enforcement experience, and some speak Spanish. Our Professional Monitors have been thoroughly trained based on 5.20 Standards of Practice, and Assemby Bill 1674. Each Monitor has a background clearance. Written Reports and Declarations are prepared for Court upon request. Court testimony is available with a Subpoena. Our hourly rates are reasonable, and we offer a sliding scale for parents who are unemployed. Ms. Douglass trains new Professional Monitors, check our website for up coming classes.
