She was a Project Manager for another language service provider, and left because she did not believe translators were treated fairly. After some time had passed, many translators that she had the privilege of working with starting asking her repeatedly to start her own agency. They would tell her of the horrible way they were being treated and say they missed working with her. So, Jamie decided to open her own agency and do business in the manner she always had. The result is a small company with a Mom and Pop feel that Jamie has no interest in changing.
