C.A. Jacobs Middle School is home to the Cougars and a diverse student body. Twenty seven teachers serve the school's 609 7th and 8th graders. The school's mission of "Our Students' Success is what we Address," is achieved by the school's four points of data-driven decision making, fostering a community of learning, creating a positive and safe climate and promoting all students' sucess. C.A. Jacobs offers a variety of on-campus clubs such as an engineering club, a yearbook club and a Mexican ballet folklorico club. The school hosts family nights and also features a school site council, parent teacher association, English language advisory council and a variety of volunteering opportunities for parents. The Cougars compete in volleyball and cross country sporting events.
