History
The history of Divino Fit is merely an extension of what I have seen in my clients (prior to Divino Fit) and my own personal accomplishments, in terms of health, wellness and physical fitness.
Specialties
Divino Fit offers a unique approach to personal/group fitness training, nutritional and wellness coaching. Weight loss, performance enhancement, cosmetic enhancement and overall health are the most common goals that I find my clients are looking to accomplish. Encompassing fitness and nutrition, along with positve , honest coaching can tremendously improve the quality of ones life. Teaching clients how to accomplish pinnacle health is the essence of Divino Fit and by no means does this have to be a grueling task of suffering and punishment. The best results come when fitness is properly introduced with consideration to ones shape, goals and imbalances. I truly enjoy what I do and love fitness. I wasn't always so optimistic as I once saw working out as not pleasant but for some reason necessary. My training style is a combination of functional and core training, isolation techniques, metabolic acceleration and performance training.
