Paul and Sharon opened Diggers Deli in 1978. Gigi Warshawsky & Peter Vessels of Dish It Up Catering and son, Joshua Warshawsky purchased it in July 2013. Our goal is to keep the tradition and culture of the past, but enhance it with our own special touches. Gigi is a professionally trained Chef, graduating from the California Culinary Academy of San Francisco in 1981. She has been in the restaurant business as chef and manager for over 35 years. Peter has been in customer service over his entire career and Joshua has been in food service for 5 years. Together we form a strong team; with emphasis on quality and hospitality!
