D.R.E.M., based in Bakersfield, CA is the premier property management & rental firm in the area. Our company has grown from a small independent firm to a large, connected organization that provides assistance to dozens of renters & property owners across the region. We currently manage over 125 properties in the area, comprising around 500 units. However, this number is increasing! Plus, Diamond Real Estate Management is the sister company to Intercontinental Realty which gives us access to even more properties and this firm's staff & resources. While we do offer many of the services of a larger management company, we are small enough that we are able to provide close, personal attention to our tenants and assure they feel like they are living at HOME. Offering this perfect balance is the key to exceeding the expectations of all our customers.
