Joe Devine has over 25 years in the building industry working in many different trades to complement the general contractor licence and make his company more versatile. We have completed numerous residential, commercial and multi- family projects in the Napa/Sonoma area Devine Construction is a current member of the BNI Napa network and has a fabrication shop in Sonoma.

We handle many trades in house or with a select group of professional sub contractors.Our goal is to produce quality and comfort for our clients,using the most modern green building practices.
